RETURN POLICY

Due to the customization of our needlepoint kits, B Love Designs does not offer a return service. Once your order has been placed, and has been processed, we are unable to cancel or edit it.

If you receive damaged item(s) or item(s) by mistake, contact us within five business days of receipt. If you do not, we may not be able to replace the item(s) or offer a refund. To receive a replacement item or refund, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If we find that you are due a refund, you will be refunded via your original payment method.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the domestic United States only. We strive to ship all orders within 5-7 business days. We ship on Tuesday and Thursday, unless otherwise noted.

If you have placed an order and have not received a shipment notification after two weeks, please contact us.
